TERMS GOVERNING 77th REPUBLIC DAY FEST

This document is an electronic record in the form of an electronic contract formed under Information Technology Act, 2000 and Rules made thereunder and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic documents / records in various statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000.

The '77th Republic Day Fest' is a promotional offer ("Offer") being run by Scapic Innovations Private Limited ("super.money") on the super.money app, which is owned and operated by super.money. By participating in the Offer, You agree to be bound by:

  1. these terms and conditions ("T&C"); and
  2. the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and other relevant documentation including any modifications, alterations, or updates thereof that are published on the super.money app.

Offer Construct and Eligibility

  • Offer Period: The Offer will be live on 26th January 2026 (from 00:00:01 hours to 23:59:59 hours).
  • Eligibility: To qualify for the Offer, You must perform successful UPI transactions on the super.money app during the Offer Period.
  • Winner Selection: This is a leaderboard-based Offer. The top 5,000 users with the highest number of successful UPI transactions recorded during the Offer Period will be declared winners.
  • Reward: Each winner will receive a flat cashback of Rs. 77.
  • Credit & Communication: The reward will be credited to the winners' super.money cashback balance on 27th January 2026. Winners will be notified via message on their registered mobile number.
  • super.money at its sole and absolute discretion shall decide the users who are eligible to participate in this Offer and earn the cashback. In the event of a tie in the transaction count, super.money reserves the right to select winners based on the earliest time of completion of the transactions or any other criteria it deems fit.
  • You must not participate in the Offer if You are specifically prohibited from participating by state, municipal or other local area body laws or if such offers are not permitted within such jurisdictions.

Cashback Validity and Redemption

  • The cashback shall be valid for a period of six months from the date of award to You, or such other period as may be determined by super.money in its sole discretion ("Validity Period").
  • Failure to withdraw the cashback into Your linked bank account within the Validity Period may result in the expiry of the cashback.
  • Additionally, in the event You do not transact on the super.money app using super.money UPI for a continuous period of three months, the cashback awarded to You may also expire at the sole discretion of super.money.

General Terms and Conditions

  • Participation in the Offer is completely voluntary.
  • You understand that any such cashback provided by super.money under the Offer is a promotional activity which Scapic may decide to withdraw or change from time to time at its sole and absolute discretion.
  • The cashback may be processed by super.money or its partners.
  • The Offer is provided to You on an "as is" basis and without warranty or condition. You waive all claims against super.money.
  • The cashback earned by You under the Offer is non-transferable.
  • Scapic reserves the right to deactivate or delete Your account and forfeit all cashback in the event of misuse of the Offer, fraud, or suspicious activity (e.g., performing multiple low-value transactions solely to increase transaction count).
  • Scapic is not responsible for any tax implications on You from Your participation in the Offer.
  • The Offer does not include betting or wagering of real-world money.
