Terms and Conditions

1. PRELIMINARY

This offer is brought to you by Scapic Innovations Private Limited ("Scapic", "We", "Us" or "Our"), operating the super.money platform ("Platform"). Flipkart Internet Private Limited ("Flipkart") and the lending partners of Scapic ("Lender(s)") have no participation in this Offer and shall not be responsible or liable for any issues arising from or related to its fulfilment.

By participating in this Offer, you ("You" or "Your") agree to be bound by these terms and conditions ("T&C"), along with Scapic's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time.

2. OFFER DETAILS

Offer: Flat ₹100 cashback on your first successful UPI AutoPay mandate for splitStore, subject to the conditions below.

Minimum AutoPay Value: ₹100.

Offer Period: As communicated on the Platform at the time of display. Scapic reserves the right to extend, modify, or withdraw the Offer Period without prior notice.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be 18 years of age or above.
  • You must have a valid, verified account on the Platform.
  • You must not have previously set up UPI AutoPay mandate in relation to splitStore.
  • Your loan application must be approved by the relevant Lender. Eligibility for this Offer does not guarantee loan approval — that remains entirely at the Lender's discretion.

4. HOW TO EARN THE CASHBACK

To be eligible for the cashback, You must complete all of the following steps during the Offer Period:

Step 1 — Set Up AutoPay Mandate: Successfully set up a UPI AutoPay for repayment of the remaining instalments linked to your splitStore transaction.

Step 2 — First Mandate Activation: The cashback entitlement is triggered upon first successful activation of your AutoPay mandate — i.e., confirmation from the payment system that the mandate is live and the first scheduled debit has been successfully processed.

Important: Merely placing the order or paying the downpayment will not trigger the cashback. The Offer is conditional on a successfully activated AutoPay mandate as described in Step 2 above.

5. CASHBACK CREDITING AND REDEMPTION

  • Upon first successful mandate activation, ₹100 cashback will be credited to your super.money app in a locked state.
  • The cashback will remain locked and non-redeemable for 30 days from the date of AutoPay mandate set-up.
  • Upon expiry of the 30-day lock period, the cashback will be automatically unlocked and made available for redemption via your super.money app (redeemable toward bank account transfer or gift cards, subject to your account eligibility).
  • If your AutoPay mandate is cancelled while the cashback is in a locked state, the cashback will be withdrawn and will not be available for redemption.

6. MANDATE FAILURE AND RETRY

Scapic is not responsible for mandate failures arising from your bank, UPI handle, or third-party payment infrastructure.

7. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • This Offer is valid only in India and is open to end consumers only.
  • This Offer cannot be combined with any other promotional offer unless explicitly stated on the Platform.
  • The cashback is non-transferable and cannot be settled in cash.
  • Scapic reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to terminate, withdraw, suspend, amend, extend, or modify this Offer at any time without prior written notice.
  • Scapic reserves the right to disqualify any participant where fraudulent activity is identified in connection with availing this Offer.
  • All decisions regarding eligibility, mandate activation status, and cashback crediting are at the sole discretion of Scapic and shall be final.
  • This Offer is subject to force majeure events. In such circumstances, the Offer may be withdrawn without liability to Scapic.
  • Participation in this Offer is entirely voluntary.

8. LENDING AND AUTOPAY DISCLAIMERS

ALL DECISIONS WITH RESPECT TO YOUR LOAN APPLICATION, INCLUDING APPROVAL, LOAN AMOUNT, INTEREST RATE, AND REPAYMENT SCHEDULE, REST SOLELY WITH THE RESPECTIVE LENDING PARTNERS. SCAPIC DOES NOT PARTICIPATE IN ANY LENDING DECISION.

Setting up an AutoPay mandate is a condition of this Offer but does not alter your repayment obligations under the loan agreement with your Lender. You remain bound by the loan terms irrespective of whether the cashback is credited or redeemed.

Revocation or cancellation of the AutoPay mandate after the cashback has been triggered does not extinguish your repayment obligations. Mandate management is governed by the Lender's terms and applicable RBI/NPCI guidelines on UPI AutoPay and NACH.

9. TAX

This Offer is subject to applicable laws, including the Income-Tax Act, 1961. All cashback disbursements will be subject to TDS deduction as applicable under law.

10. INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and keep Scapic, its lending partners, and Flipkart harmless against all damages, liabilities, costs, expenses, claims, suits, and proceedings (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of: (i) your violation of these T&C; (ii) your violation of applicable laws; or (iii) any act or omission on your part constituting wilful misconduct or negligence.

11. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION

These T&C are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Bengaluru shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or in connection with these T&C.

12. ELECTRONIC RECORD

This document is an electronic record within the meaning of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules thereunder. It is generated by a computer system and does not require a physical or digital signature.
